7月11日土曜日に今年第1回目の「こそだてCafé」を実施しました。
We held the first “Kosodate Café” of this year on Saturday, July 11th.

外国人の7組の家族が参加してくれました。それぞれ生後1か月から1歳前後の乳児をもつ外国人のお母さんたちでです。
Seven foreign families came, and the moms all had babies from 1 month to about 1 year old.

宮崎市在住で親族のサポートを得ることができない環境にいる外国人のみなさまに、是非利用していただきたいのが「ファミリーサポートセンターみやざき」です。
今回は、この制度について、簡単に日本語と英語で説明いたしました。
We highly recommend “Family Support Center Miyazaki” for foreign parents who live far from their families and need some help.
Today, we shared a quick overview of this support program in Japanese and English.

このような時にこどもを預かってくれます。
・保育園・幼稚園・小学校などの送り迎え
・一時預かり（その他、買い物、行事などの用事の際のお預かり）
They can look after your kids when you need help, such as:
・Picking up and dropping off your kids at nursery, kindergarten, or school.
・Short-term babysitting (when you go shopping, attend events, or just need to run errands).
