8月22日にOYAKO CITYと共催で「アソビ万博＆わくわく親子交流会」を実施しました。
残った宿題を片付け、世界のボードゲームを楽しみました。
ポーランドの「ウボンゴ」、ラトビアの「PIGASUS」などいろいろ楽しみましたが、いちばん盛り上がりましたのが韓国の「ダ・ヴィンチコード」でした。
On August 22nd, we held the “Fun Expo & Parent-Child Meetup” with OYAKO CITY. The kids finished up their remaining summer homework and played board games from all over the world. We tried games like “Ubongo” from Poland and “PIGASUS” from Latvia, but the biggest hit was “Da Vinci Code” from Korea!
韓国の「ダヴィンチコード」（다빈치 코드）は、黒と白の数字タイルを並べて相手の隠された数字を推理し当てる、かなり頭脳派ボードゲームです。小学校低学年には難しいと思いましたが、こどもの記憶力を甘く見た大人が次々と退場していきました。
The Korean board game “Da Vinci Code” is a smart puzzle game where you arrange black and white numbered tiles and try to guess your opponent’s hidden numbers. I thought it would be too hard for young kids, but the adults totally underestimated their memory skills and got knocked out one by one!
日ごろNintendo switchやスマホで一人ゲームに慣れ親しんだ世代も、画面ではなく相手の表情やリアクションを見て遊ぶのはとても楽しそうでした。
Even though kids these days are used to playing solo games on their Nintendo Switch or smartphones, they seemed to have so much fun looking at each other’s faces and reactions instead of screens.
