10月19日（月）に「宮崎市男女共同参画センター パレット」にて、「KOSODATE CAFÉ」を開催いたしました！
On Monday, October 19, we hosted our KOSODATE CAFÉ at the Miyazaki City Gender Equality Center “Palette”! 🌸
今回のカフェには、これから出産を迎える妊婦さんと、現在乳幼児を育てているご家庭の皆さんが参加してくださいました。
We had a wonderful group of expecting mothers and families currently raising babies and toddlers join us. 🎈
◆ 保健師さんによる行政サポートの説明＆質疑応答

当日は宮崎市の保健師さんをお招きし、宮崎市で受けられる出産時の行政サポート制度や手続きについて詳しくご説明いただきました。
We welcomed public health nurses from Miyazaki City who explained the local support systems and procedures available for pregnancy and childbirth. 💡
「どこに相談すればいいの？」「どのような支援制度があるの？」といった疑問に対して、保健師さんがひとつひとつ丁寧にお答えし、疑問や不安を解消する貴重な時間となりました。
They kindly answered everyone’s questions—like “Where can I get advice?” or “What support services exist?”—helping to clear up doubts and put minds at ease! 🙌

また、宮崎市で出産を経験された先輩ママたちにもご参加いただき、実際の出産時の体験談や、チャイルドシートや抱っこにもについてなど、色々なアドバイスなどを共有していただきました。
Moms who have given birth and raised children in Miyazaki shared their real-life experiences and practical advice on topics like child seats and baby carriers. 👶🚗
実体験に基づくお話を聞くことで、これから出産を迎える皆さんの不安が少しでも軽くなり、温かいサポートを感じていただけたのではないかと思います。
Hearing these real stories helped relieve anxiety and showed our expecting moms just how warm and supportive our community is! ❤️

「KOSODATE CAFÉ」は、言葉や文化の違いを超えてどなたでも参加できる温かい交流の場です。今回も参加者の皆さんが笑顔で意見交換を行い、アットホームで充実したイベントとなりました。
